I’m not really an early bird, unless I have to open at work, I usually don’t have breakfast, or I’ll just have a cup of coffee and head to work, when I get home i usually have something light to eat and then rest for a bit, then I like to go out to run or go to the gym, if I need to do some grocery shopping or buy essentials that’s usually the time I get things done. If I’m not working I 100% will go to the gym, have some coffee, hang with friends, see a movie, my days off are self care time.
