Nursing Student Looking to Split a 2 or 3-Bedroom Apartment (Clean & Fun Vibe!)

About Me:

Hi everyone! My name is Raveena. I am a 23-year-old nursing student attending Chamberlain University's hybrid program. I balance a busy schedule between my in-person labs, clinical rotations, and online coursework, so having a solid home base is key for me.
Because I don't have a car, I am looking to move into a safe, modern, or recently renovated apartment complex that sits right on a direct, reliable bus or shuttle route to campus, local shopping plazas, and nearby hospitals where I'm applying for healthcare roles.
I’m looking for a like-minded student or young professional to team up and find a place together. My ideal setup is a 2-bedroom or 3-bedroom apartment where we can split costs to keep rent manageable, but where I have my own private bedroom (and ideally a private bathroom) so we both have our own dedicated space behind closed doors.

The Vibe: I have a split personality when it comes to the energy at home! I can easily have days where I want total silence to lock in and study, but I also love to wake up with loud music and dancing to get my day started. I'm social and definitely plan to bring people over to party and hang out here and there, so I'm looking for a roommate who enjoys a fun, lively atmosphere and doesn't mind a home with some personality.

Cleanliness: While I love music and hosting, I am incredibly neat and organized. I value keeping common areas (the kitchen and living room) totally clean, hygienic, and clutter-free, and expect my roommate to pull their weight there too.

Target Neighborhoods: In Florida, I am focusing on Southwest Broward (Miramar, Pembroke Pines, Davie, or Cooper City) near the hospital loops.
