Room available in Williamsburg for April 1st, in a great location. I'm in the smaller room ($1300) and have been here for around 3 years. The larger one is $1500. Heat and hot water are included. Utilities (wifi + electric) range from $50 - $80 per person.

I work as a software developer (9 - 5) and am usually reading, exercising, and with friends. Laid back, very clean, and like going out as much as staying in.
