I have two bedrooms available. You will have full access to the house with washer and dryer in the basement. I live in Northeast Portland with a backyard for parking. I’m looking for responsible male in his 30s or older to be my roommate. That’s willing to help clean Main area and share bathroom. Help take garbage bin to front of the house for pick ups. If you break it fix it or replace it. I’m looking for someone that’s honest, respectful and care about the place that they live. I prefer not to have company at the house, I would like it to be a comfortable environment for both of us to be able to feel comfortable in our own place. Monthly rent $1200
