I am born and raised in Portland, OR. I did live in Chicago, IL for 7 years and absolutely loved it. I returned back to Portland during COVID to be closer to friends & family. I am a humanitarian by nature. I currently work in reproductive medicine, but overall work in spaces that make a positive difference in peoples' lives. I have a pretty structured schedule to keep my health goals on track - primarily during the work week; workouts, consistent sleep schedule and eating well have been my biggest priorities.
