One bedroom available in a two bedroom, upstairs apartment. Shared bathroom, living room, and kitchen. Carpets throughout the place other than the bathroom and kitchen. I have most everything you need for an apartment, except for a couch (it wouldn’t fit up the stairs), the room come completely unfinished. Utilities included, pets are allowed (management is a little weird about the pet policy, so I can go over that in more depth). Fire place in living room. All other bills, like electric and wifi, can figure out how those will be split. Looking to have someone sign the new lease in December… I know, very short notice. I’m sorry! I just would like someone who will respect my privacy and is clean! :)
