Sunny Loft in Sweet Bungalow
A cozy, sun-filled, loft in a beautiful house with only one other roommate (me, the homeowner).
The house is located in the friendly neighborhood of Arbor Lodge in North Portland about 1 mile from the Adidas Campus. It's a quick walk to restaurants, the Skidmore Bluffs, tacos :), etc. It's close to the 35 bus line and some great biking routes for commuting or recreation...not to mention it's a quick drive to Forest Park!
Some great qualities about the house:
-newer appliances and updated kitchen
-air conditioning for those spicy summer days
-a fig tree (with plenty of interesting birds that visit)
-your sunny loft is about 400 sq. ft., with 10ft ceilings
-my bedroom and office is on the main floor -- I work from home about 3-4 days/week
-The bathroom is on the main floor with a bathtub
-Brand new washer and dryer!
-Storage for outdoor gear and equipment in either the garage or the basement
-A solarium!
Preferred roommate would be:
-Someone seeking a 6-12 month lease
-Has a healthy-ish lifestyle meaning your vices are well balanced.
-clean, respectful, friendly
-Someone who likes to give a high-five in passing and is positive
-The lofted space has plenty of room for a desk if you're looking for a place to work from home

The deets:
-$1050/month +$150/utilities =$1200 all-in (with some great Fiber internet!)
-Security deposit of $600
-Lease (TBD on length)
-You'll need to show proof of renters insurance
-Offered unfurnished if a furnished place is preferred, please reach out.
-The space is move-in ready.
I am happy to consider another dog on a case-by-case basis. Preference would be given to my pup and would require an additional security deposit and +$30/month increase in rent. A cat is also considered with no additional fees.
