We're looking for someone to move into our 3 bedroom/2 bath apartment to take over for our current roommate. The apartment is gorgeous (lots of natural light, updates, clean, open layout), in an amazing location (right across the street from Tompkins Square Park) and we have a private back deck that is GREAT in the warmer seasons.
The room can come furnished or unfurnished - fits a queen bed with built in closet.
Current roommates are early 30s professionals who are laid back, clean, and casual - Chloe is originally from France and has a French Bulldog pup, Florence, who lives with us. Brian and Ben (from LA and Dallas respectively) share a room as a couple.
