I am looking for a private room that I can move into starting 8/1 through 9/1. My max budget is roughly $1300 with or w/o utilities. Laundry within the building would be preferred. Close to the red line or easily accessible to Harvard Square is a must.

I am a male, 27 enjoy outdoor activities like hiking and sports. I enjoy reading and watching Netflix in my spare time. I occasionally like to go out, but mostly keep to myself. Very clean, quiet, and respectful roommate looking for something similar.
