Room in great condo for rent South Boston/Dorchester!

Hi all! I currently have a queen bed sized room for rent in a 2016 multi-unit condo building with high end appliances & in-unit laundry. No parking included with my current unit as I rent & that is why rent would be $1200. Easy to find parking on the street if you have a car. Commuting is a breeze with Andrew T station is right across the street, ~2 min walk. Super convenient! I am currently in the process of buying the unit upstairs which will have additional amenities (ie- private rooftop & fireplace) AND an additional deeded heated GARAGE parking space which would be included in a higher rent price of ~$1600. Expecting, if all goes well, for that to start late-May. Should it fall through for any reason, the current unit will still be in effect.
