I'm a clean, working professional at a large company trying to save as much as possible in this economy. I do not drink or smoke or do drugs and my company regularly tests. I'm not loud, but I do work from home which may have long phone conversations, I host a weekly game night with friends, and play video games often, which can add noise. I wear headphones for most of my entertainment as well as work. My two cats are well-behaved and will likely leave you alone. I have a long-distance partner who may stay the occasional weekend.
I don't care about small/moderate amounts of noise, and though I'm friendly, I won't pry into your business or set lots of rules. I'm a clean person overall - I do regular cleanings and laundry, so I prefer a roomie I won't need to clean up after and is willing to share a portion of chores.

The apartment is on the top floor of a quiet complex next to the highway (20-40 min to inner Nashville depending on traffic). The kitchen has an 80's vibe and older appliances, but everything works fine and there's lots of storage space. You'll have a spacious bedroom (with a walk-in closet) and bathroom all to yourself, as I'll be occupying the master bedroom with its attached bathroom. The shared spaces have vaulted ceilings due to being on the top floor, and is already furnished - Just bring a bed and clothes! Washer and dryer are in-unit! My current lease is $1335/mo base rent, and I'll cover the the utilities including Gigabit internet provided you pay an increased portion of rent to compensate with the rent being negotiable.
I've lived with men, women, and everything in-between so I do have preferences in roomies. Please have a modicum of cleanliness about you - I'm not going to pick up after you. NO PETS - I already have two very affectionate cats, so there's no room for any other animals. NO SMOKING OR DRUGS - I'm a working professional and my work tests regularly. All hat being said, I would prefer a woman roommate since my experiences with them have been cleaner than males.
This is the perfect opportunity for a student wanting to live away from the dorms, or another working professional like myself!
