Hi there! I am a lifelong professional musician looking for a room to rent in Nashville. Though I occasionally play out, most my income comes from teaching remote zoom lessons in the late afternoon and early evening. I do it all with headphones, so it's no louder than the sound of just a pleasant conversation on the other side of the door. And it's always done by around 8pm.

Friends describe me as funny, warm, nurturing, courteous, empathic, and tidy. I have traveled the world, and have plenty of great stories to share from the world rock. I also happen to LOVE dogs. And though I don't have a pup of my own, I've been a house sitter/pet sitter many times and am happy to help take care of your pooch if you are away at work or traveling for the weekend.

I live a walking lifestyle, so you don't even have to worry about me needing a parking spot. But if there is a market walking distance from your place, that's a big bonus for me!
