It is in walking distance to so many restaurants, grocery stores, studios, cafes, bars, boutiques and so much more.

Its in a safe location and the community is gated. This complex is also located 1.3 miles away from Belmont University and 12th south, and 3 miles away from Vanderbilt University and 21st ave.

The complex also has its own gym, pool, pet spa, dog park, theatre and study lounge. If you are in need of a room, i would love to talk and answer any questions you have.

The lease would end by April 24th of 2022. It would be a four month lease instead of a three month.
