Hey y’all! I’m a 26 year old grad student at Vanderbilt, looking for one roommate. I’m a social person who likes to chat, but appreciate alone time as well and respect others’ boundaries of they want to keep to themselves. I like to keep a calm household during the week so I can finish work, but I do enjoy having friends over from time to time. I love to explore new restaurants, bars, and fun spots around nashville, and am always up for a good wine night or Netflix binge session! I have one cat named Arthur who is so sweet and hilarious, and am planning to adopt another kitten, so I’m looking for someone without pets but who likes cats! I like to keep the common areas clean, but understand life gets busy sometimes. Usually I’ll do most cleaning on weekends. Also, I love the cold, so thermostat at least below 70 please :)
