Hi there,

My roommate and I are looking for a third roommate to sign the lease at 9 Homestead in Jersey City. It is a newly made luxury building and has all amenities like a gym, yoga studio, in-unit washer, and dryer, a full kitchen, etc.

We will be adding a flex wall in the living room to create a third room to lower the rent for all of us. The estimated total rent for the whole unit will be between $4000-$4200, and all rooms will have different rents depending on the square feet area.

My roommate and I are pretty chill, clean, like to make new friends and enjoy the nyc life.
