I am a single professional. I work as a Medical Intuitive and also teach classes. Pre-pandemic I taught in SF/Bay Area and also in LA, LongBeach, and Riverside. When not under lockdown I used to travel a lot for work. Now I work at home. I am a quiet, friendly, queer POC intellectual, artist, activist, and healer. I have a PhD and used to be a college professor but left Academia to start my own business. I have been working as a Medical Intuitive and Akashic Records Reader for 8 years and teach a variety of classes. I also run a Women of Color Medicine Apprenticeship Program. I am well-traveled and get along well with just about everyone. I am a progressive. I have an English Bulldog, Ben. We both love strangers, daily walks around town, going to the beach, and healthy treats. Ben needs a first floor place as he doesn't do stairs. I am a quiet person looking for a quiet place. I don't drink or smoke or party nor do I have loud obnoxious friends or family who visit. I have good rental references. English bulldogs are known for their freindliness and their laid-back attitude. They are not much into barking or chewing on anything. They like being pet by strangers. Ben likes eggs, liverwurst, napping, the beach, and riding in his buggy. I like to read, meditate, hike, jog, travel, and meet new people. I am good about keeping common spaces clean and I have no interest in eating anyone else's food without invitation. I am generally busy with work, have a lot of self confidence and don't need my roommate's time or attention, but if you want to chat or hang from time to time I am down. Ben ignores humans and dogs who ignore him. Most humans are big fans. It will be important for my roommate to like my dog and for my dog to like the roommate of course! I am somewhat androgenous and get along well with both male and female roommates.
