Hello, my name is Kevin and I will be moving to LA on Monday and looking for a room for rent. I am a 37 male who's really easy going, don't drink, no drugs, don't smoke, and a Christian. I clean up after myself and am very respectful, quite. Keep to myself. I am looking for a room I can stay for long-term. I got laid off Oct. 8th and on unemployment and come to the city to look for work doing tech sales. I plan to have a job in a few months. My parents also have my back financially. I can show proof of how much I get through unemployment.
