Hey - I'm Spencer! I live in AMLI old 4th ward in a one bedroom but am looking to move into a two bedroom within the same complex to save money. I love living here right next to the beltline and ponce city market. Rent should be between 1200 to 1500 depending on the floor plan we choose. I get priority with the complex because I already live here which is nice! :)
