Hi I’m Peyton. I’ve lived in NYC for about three years in our UES apartment. We have a four bedroom in a doorman building and are looking for a new roommate to join us. We are all clean, responsible, easy going and our days are primarily consumed with work. We respect each other’s space but like to eat together in the evenings and hang out when schedules allow. More about me: Went to school in NC, lived in DC, then moved to NYC. Used to travel most weeks for work but now WFH for the foreseeable future. I love being outside, running, walking, hiking, eating (mostly) eating, traveling again when the pandemic ends. Sucker for The Bachelor nights with roomies or trying a local restaurant.

One bedroom is available in our four bedroom apartment. We are on the 11th floor in a UES doorman building and love living here. 24/7 doorman, package room with full time attendant, laundry on each floor, close to the Q line and 456. Ten minute walk to Central Park or Carl Schulz. Shared bathroom. Galley kitchen. Furnished common area. Great bedroom windows and views. Available August 2021 but there is flexibility if you are looking to move closer to the summer timeframe. Also the building is offering 1.5 months of free rent!!
