I am 28 yr old female and I’m looking for an apartment lease that begins in either July or by August 1.

I currently work as a designer for a cosmetic and skin care brand. Roommate perk - you’ll get a lot of free luxury makeup & skincare (including La Mer😉). I wfh 3 days a week, 2 days in midtown.

I have a 7 month old mini dachshund puppy. She’s a unicorn- she never barks, is fully potty trained and LOVES everyone including other dogs and cats.

I enjoy relaxing after work during the week, and having fun plans during the weekend. Whether that's dinner and going out, going shopping, or brunch with the girls. I travel to Florida often, so there will be weeks where I will be away and you’ll have the apartment to yourself.

I consider myself mostly clean and organized. I like keeping my space and the living space tidy. I find it important to find a roommate who also likes to keep things clean!
