About the apartment : The apartment is renovated in 2018 and is 932 sqft in area. I'm the first resident to move in after renovation. The apartment comes with modern appliances (Check pictures). The living room is furnished. My roommate can leave her room furnished if you are not bringing your own bed/mattress/etc. Dryer/Washer is not in-unit, but is in the same building on a separate floor. The building has a strict no-smoking policy.

About the area : The apartment is 'The Fillmore Center'. There's a playground and park right next to apartment. If you have a dog or would like to go out for a walk/run/play, it's perfect place. Right across the street there's Safeway, Starbucks, and many more stores. There are tons of restaurants/bars right outside the apartment. Japan town is a couple of blocks away. There's a free bus service from the apartment to FiDi, Soma, etc that runs on weekdays and is provided by the complex. There's ten percent discount in most of the restaurants nearby for Fillmore residents.
