Looking for someone to move in by January. Must be cool with 2 friendly grey cats, gays, dying house plants. Apartment has a smart TV, living room is furnished, kitchen is fully stocked, lots of space for cooking. The place is pretty close to the Q and 4/5/6. Relaxed neighborhood near a bunch of nice bars and restaurants, and sandwiched between Central Park and Carl Schurz park.
Super is responsive, tenants are friendly, and the building is across the street from a laundry service and a block away from a NYSC. Cost per month would be $1100 plus utilities. While the apartment is furnished, it can accommodate more furniture. The room has a queen bed and two small bookshelves plus a full closet, with room for a dresser. The lease is up for renewal July 1, 2021
