All 3 of my roommates are moving out of our 4-bedroom apartment in the heart of Astoria (right by Broadway and 30th Ave).

I have lived here for 3 years now and I love my room, the spacious common areas, our back porch and courtyard access, the neighborhood, and how close we are to many public transportation options, so I want to stay and fill the rooms!

About me:

Full-time Public Relations professional with no pets (landlord doesn't allow). Female, 26, non-smoker, not much of a cook - I mostly order-in or eat out, which makes my contribution to dirty dishes very minimal :) I like to keep common areas fairly clean always.

I enjoy downtime and Netflix as much as drinking and going out, tend to work long hours and keep it chill at home, and value respect for privacy and personal space. I love going to concerts and museums and spending time outside on nice days.

I'm looking for responsible and respectful roommates, male or female in 20s or 30s, who will help keep our home a safe and stress-free environment. I'm down to just be roommates, or to hang out!
