KSU civil engineering student returning to college after many years in the service industry. New business owner. I am creative, organized, resourceful, disciplined, and respectful. When it comes to living together, I most value strong communication and healthy boundaries.

I like to keep a (mostly) tidy space and a relaxed atmosphere at home. I enjoy cooking for myself and others, and will make sure our kitchen has everything it needs to be fully functional (cleaning supplies too!).

I have a 4-year-old mini australian shepherd named Sesame who will be living with me. He's incredibly loving and friendly, but he does have a strong prey drive, so no cats please :)

My ideal space is a single-family home in a quiet neighborhood, as large as we can afford (without making unreasonable sacrifices), with a fenced yard and covered outdoor space (garage or carport) for outdoor projects.

Relevant Notes:
Social
If I have people over, Its probably only going to be 3 or 4 max at one time. I like to cook for my friends :) occasional overnight/out-of-town guests (no more than 1 or 2 at a time)if space permits.

Work/study
typically working at my desk and playing some music, not usually very loud unless im home alone (and even then not really)

Sleep
like to start winding down around 10/10:30. Usually up and out before 11, unless its a rest/study day.

Cleanliness
As long as (most)everything has a home, and everyone makes an effort to put the things back to their homes, I think we'll do fine. Sesame is a pretty heavy shedder, so obviously vacuuming up after that will be my responsibility (unless you wanna help me out :) ). have a strong household vacuum already, might get a roomba too.
