Hi there! I'm looking for a responsible, kind, and easygoing roommate to share my renovated 3-bedroom, 1-bath ranch-style home located on a spacious corner lot in South Atlanta, near the Atlanta BeltLine Southside Trail. You’ll have two of the three bedrooms entirely to yourself - one for sleeping, and one for use as a private office, studio, or creative space. Perfect for someone who works from home, self-tapes, or just needs extra room.

I split my time between New York and Atlanta, and have recently only been in the house 10% of the time, so you’ll have the house to yourself about 90% of the time. I’m looking for someone who will enjoy the home and treat it with care.

About (Me!) Your Roommate:

Hi! I'm Devon. I'm originally from Seattle, spent time in Connecticut and NYC, and have family here in Atlanta and in Birmingham. I’m an actor, adjunct voice teacher, and staff member at Test Prep Tutoring company. I split my time between New York and Atlanta, so I’ll only be in the house about 10% of the time. When I am at the house, my partner may visit, and occasionally my sweet King Charles Cavalier will be with me—she’s very cuddly and sweet.
I’d describe myself as a social introvert - I enjoy company, but also value quiet and alone time. I like to keep shared spaces clean and welcoming, and I’m looking for someone with a similar mindset. I’d love to occasionally hang out - watch a show but I also totally respect privacy and personal space.
