I’m Devon. I am originally from Seattle, WA, but I moved to Connecticut in high school. I went to college n NYC then to grad school in Rhode Island. I have family in Atlanta and Birmingham, which was my main pull to come to Atlanta. I am an actor and tutor who specializes in ACT, SAT, Middle School Test Prep, and the AP Histories. My friends would describe me a sweet, quirky, nerdy, hardworking, and loyal.
I still split my time between Atlanta & New York. So if you move in, you will have to house to yourself 90% of the time. Two rooms in the house would be yours. When I am at the house, my boyfriend will occasionally join me. I have a sweet cavalier king charles 1 year old puppy who occasionally joins me as well.
I like to describe myself as a social introvert. I’m a pretty social person, but I also need my alone time. I want my house to be a place where I can have people over, but not a place that's constantly full of people. I'm down to get to know each other; I'm not saying we have to be best friends, but I would like to do things like occasionally watch TV together and host cook outs for friends when I am in town.
I like to keep common living spaces pretty clean. I do my dishes every day and put away my belongings when I get home from work.
The house is a 3 bedroom house. Because I am not often at the house, 2 of the bedrooms would be yours (you could make the second bedroom an office or provate workspace if you needed) to use. Move in date would be June 1st.

Looking for 1 roommate to join me in my 3 bedroom home in South Atlanta.
Beautiful fully renovated Ranch on a large corner lot.
The house features three bedrooms and one bathroom. The newly remodeled bathroom has a 36" vanity and bath tub featuring prestine white subway tile.Recently renovated kitchen including the appliances with granite counter tops. Separate Laundry room with washer and dryer and extra storage space. Open concept Living room, dining room and kitchen. Convenient to Hartsfield-Jackson Airport, Downtown Atlanta, Georgia State and Georgia Tech.
The roommate will be given 2 of the bedrooms: 1 to use as their bedroom, 1 to use as a private office/work space.
I split my time between NY and Atlanta and will be at the house only 10% of the time.
