Catherine Z - $3,000/month

I am looking for a September 2022 move-in (preferably September 1 but up to around September 15 is also OK). I am looking to live in a new building with nice amenities and views, have been mainly looking in Hells Kitchen/Midtown and downtown on the west side (Chelsea/West Village/Soho etc.) but also open to UWS. Preferred budget is 2400 - 2900. I'm from NJ, went to college on the West Coast, moved to New York City last year and am currently working in strategy consulting. I have been renting in Chelsea with roommates for the past year but wanted to find a nicer place with a bigger room.
I'm looking to be friendly with my roommate but also respectful of boundaries.
