Hi I’m Daniel!! I’m from the Bay Area, about to be a senior at NYU, and wanting to find a place before my current lease expires on 8/31. Looking for roommates I can communicate with fluidly/easily and want to actually be friends/do things together. Not trying to force it beyond what works naturally, but hoping for people outgoing and inclusive with some amount of shared interests. I'm majoring in Sports Management and hoping to work in basketball operations down the line. Definitely not looking for silent living side-by-side with our headphones in, would prefer more of a "let me know when you need privacy" rather than a "let me know when you don't." And welcoming to those I bring into the space. Care a lot about natural light, cleanliness (at least things having a place to go, but small clutter is ok) and respect when it comes to boundaries and needs. If we can agree on aesthetics in shared spaces that would be great as well!
