We have a shared rooftop with a decent view of Manhattan, in-building laundry, central heat/AC, a full bath/tub, patio (with BBQ & table), working intercom system, 50in TV (Netflix/Amazon included), stereo w Bluetooth speakers & full kitchen w everything you could want including many appliances (food processor, espresso maker, toaster, blender, & so on & so forth).

We're just a 1 block walk to the L, as well as to multiple 24hr bodegas, sandwich/coffee shops & countless bars & restaurants...you name it, we got it. Short term is possible but long term is preferred. (Ideally one turns into the other.) Open to small dogs or fish of any size (in-water only).
