Twin bunk bed above desk, cozy chair and cozy room. Room is on 2nd floor and has a lovely back yard view (lots of birds in the apple tree!)

The other 2 rooms on the second floor will be rented occasionally through airbnb. And the main floor space is shared by all 3 of you.

Also home to 2 adorable cats.

Usually I'm living in one of the rooms, but I'll be away for several weeks from Jan - April.

There is an opportunity for the right person to have reduced rent if they would like to be responsible for cleaning and maintaining all the spaces and the cats.

House is warm, fast wifi, hot water, gas stove and space for a bike on the locked, covered front porch.
