Hi! I am looking for 1 roommate for my fantastic 3 bed, 1.5 bath rent stabilized apartment in a new building on the border of Bed Stuy and Clinton Hill. I have lived here for 3 years, and my roommates are moving out on July 31st.

For $1,500 you would have 1 large bedroom, and a private half bath. The third bedroom would be shared by us, and I would only need it to store my peloton, some storage (clothes/ Xmas decor/ vacuum/ ect) and a litter box. You are welcome to use the space as a full home office. The building has a furnished rooftop, laundry room, gym, outdoor space and bike storage. It is one block from the G train, several bus lines and tons of restaurants/coffee shops.

Pets: You would be sharing the apartment with me and my 1 small rescue dog and 1 cat. They are very well behaved and very much mind their own business. It’s a perfect situation if you love pets, but only want to be the fun auntie 🕺🏻 I have the roomba on almost every day to help with pet hair/dust.

About me: I’m a 30 y/o hospital director and nyc native. Career orientated by day and restaurant hunter by night.

Ideal roomie situation: someone in the same life stage as me, doesn’t bring the party home and is invested in making the space a home (regular cleaning, getting home decor, and “making it nice” (iykyk)). I don’t need to be besties, just need us to be compatible as roommates.
