I live in the Bronx, but my lease is up on August 1st. Currently looking for a spot in the BX or BK.

Some things to note:
-I come with a plus 1 (a sweet little cat by the name of Ms. Brown)
-I work 2 remote jobs (so no late payments here!)
-I have a car and need to move somewhere where I won’t go bald trying to find a parking spot 😂
-I grew up in the thrift industry & have lots of sick knick-knacks
-I like to do art stuff in my free time (playing music/producing, painting, sculpting, and so on)
-Communication is key - so long as you’re upfront with me, I promise we’ll get along!
-I live a real busy life, so you’ll probably have the apt to yourself more often than not
