Been lucky enough to call this place home for the past four years with someone who started out as a stranger and slowly became family. What we built here is a space filled with warmth, trust, late-night conversations, quiet mornings and a sense of ease that’s hard to find in this city. Now it’s time for me to move on, and I’m hoping to pass this on to someone who will feel that same magic.
The practical side is simple: the lease and deposit are already taken care of, so you don’t have to worry about hidden costs. The rent covers utilities (subject to minor changes if rates shift), and everything here works!
About him: your future roommate: truly one of the kindest, most grounded people I’ve met. Thoughtful, respectful, easy to live with, and the kind of person who makes a place feel safe and steady. If anything, I’m a little protective of who gets to share this space next—not in a strict way, just in the sense that this home deserves someone who values what it offers.
