Pierce L - $1,400/month

I'm strongly considering getting a cat right now so I'm hoping that you will be okay with that

I currently live in Lorillard Towers and would like to move to a larger apartment and split the rent with either 2 or 3 other roommates. There are two units available that I am interested in:

- 2491 Lorillard (adj. to Lorillard Towers): 3 Bd 2 Ba, 1st floor, full kitchen, $1350 per person for 3 people
- 4H & 3H (in Lorillard Towers) -2 large bedrooms. Per person $1400, for one other person

I would like to live with other Fordham students.

I keep pretty tidy and clean but I also like to have friends over. Kind of to the point of parties but they stay pretty lowkey. Its okay if you smoke but one thing that's pretty important to me is not having a lingering odor in the apartment, so I light candles and crack windows and spray febreze and stuff regularly. I'd say I'm pretty good to live with, I'm easygoing and considerate. Anyone that's not too uptight but still considerate, drop me a line!
