I'm not an extrovert but I'm not completely antisocial either. I like peace, and I spend a lot of time just learning things on the internet, reading, or watching anime. I'm cool with pets as long as they're well-trained and well-cared for, I snack more than I eat real meals, and I can easily spend the whole day sitting in my room without saying a word sometimes. If we vibe I'm sure we'll talk more often, but even if not, I aim to just be mutually respectful. I do get sensitive about noise if I'm trying to sleep at night, and I really hate overly-messy situations, but that's about it.

The apartment is an older, lived-in space with a comfortable, homey feel. While it isn't a luxury or newly renovated apartment, it offers an opportunity to enjoy an affordable private room in a convenient Bronx neighborhood.

- Shared kitchen, living room, and bathroom.
- Portable A/C only, but window A/C can be installed if needed.

The neighborhood also offers convenient connections to Manhattan and other parts of the Bronx.
Nearby attractions include Yankee Stadium, Highbridge Park, and the shopping and dining options around 161st Street. There are urgent care clinics nearby, as well as the BronxCare Hospital System not too far away. It's also easy to get to Bronx Terminal Market by bus or CitiBike.
