Hi there! I am urgently trying to sign the lease on a 2.5 bedroom 1 bath apartment in Flatbush Brooklyn. The rent would be $1500 ($3000/2 people) There are two large bedrooms with walk in closets. There is also another room that can be a shared storage or office space. There is a laundry in the building and they are building a gym. The apartment is right near the Flatbush 2/5 train and 15 minute walk to Q/B train. I am looking for someone who is clean, communicative, positive, and doesn’t bring the party home.
