About Me

I am an architect living in Manhattan on the upper west side. I have inherited my family's apartment and I am looking for a roommate for a classic two bedrooms, two full baths apartment. I am semi retired and work from home. The apartment is approximately 1500 sq ft, more than large enough for two people to live independently. I cook most meals in the apartment and have guests weekly. I do my own cleaning and laundry, as will the prospective roommate. Although by no means would I consider myself excessively neat and clean, I do expect my roommate to clean up after himself in a timely fashion and to keep common areas clean at all times.
