Jared P - $1,500/month

Hi, y’all! :)

My name is Jared, and I will be returning to NYC this Fall. Either September or October. I’ve been there since 2017, but have been on the TINA National Tour since September of 2023. I am looking for a place in Manhattan, and was living in Washington Heights previously. I’d say my monthly budget for rent would be around $1,500 or so a month. Looking for a roommate or two.

I am very outgoing, usually always working, love walks in Central Park, theatre, and going out to the clubs when I can. Must be LGBTQ+ friendly. Also, I do enjoy having friends over, and would love to create a nice, cozy home. Cleanliness is important as well.
