Hey, my roommate and I are currently looking for a new third roommate as our current one has decided to move out to Brooklyn.

The apartment we are in now is in midtown east. There’s a fairly big living room and kitchen with smaller bedrooms but the rent is only $1500 right now! Insane for Manhattan and we are near the 6, E, C, or m15 bus which can take you anywhere.

Roommate and I are one year out of college. I’m in banking and he’s in consulting. Just looking for someone who’s chill and will keep the shared spaces fairly clean. Hit me up if this sounds like it might work.
