I'm a 34-year-old artist and photographer who moved to NYC after being in Australia for the past 10 years. I'm looking to work on my art and have a fresh start here.

I'm looking for a room to rent in either Manhattan or Brooklyn. I am a quiet and clean guy who has lived with people most of my life. I work sometimes at home, but will eventually find a studio to work at during the day. I have a wide range of interests including art, film, sports and travel. So I should be able to find something to click with my new roommates.
I don't have much being that I recently moved to the city. Space isn't much of an issue then.
I am LGBT and pet-friendly. I especially love dogs.

I am hoping to find a place to move in for February 2024.
