Seeking roommate for clean, creative house

My boyfriend and I live in a 3 bedroom craftsman house near Larchmont Village with a beautiful open floor plan. We have a big, well maintained backyard with old trees, a vegetable garden, a sunken hot tub, fruit trees (oranges, guavas, figs, and lemons), outdoor dining, and a chiminea.

We're looking for someone to fill the upstairs grandma's attic (a large room with surround windows and a private full bath).

Common areas in the house include a living room, dining room, and kitchen. The common areas are already furnished so no need to bring any furniture besides for your bedroom. There is also a laundry room and a small basement for storage.

Looking for (a) tidy, respectful, kind, somewhat quiet roommate(s). I think someone in film could be great. Our ideal roommate is engaged with their lives and goals, thoughtful, and respectful.

A little about us:

I'm a production designer in film and television. In my spare time I exercise, read, write, go on walks, and watch movies. I generally prefer a quieter environment.

My boyfriend is a writer and videographer. He's big on fitness. Really funny, caring, and a little irreverent. He's a musician, but he mostly plays his instruments in the garage, so noise shouldn't be a problem. He has what I would consider an encyclopedic knowledge of movies and music and is a big history buff.

We have two dogs. Merlin is an aging white pit bull mix. He sheds a lot, but we have a housekeeper come every other week to make sure things stay tidy. He's truly the sweetest dog in the world. Sadie is a dachshund mix. She barks sometimes, but we are trying to get it under control.

Rent for the upstairs is 1400.
