Hey everyone! I am looking for someone to sublet my room in an adorable Upper West Side apartment. It is a 3br/1bath and the move-in date is flexible between now and December 1st. It is a steal for $1,167 in this prime location. The room has high ceilings, so much natural light, and a view of the street below. It is spacious and I was able to work from home without a problem. The apartment is fully furnished and on the first floor of a walkup.
We love this apartment and the neighborhood! There is a charm to the area meanwhile everything is within walking distance:
