JUNE 1st move in.

We have one bedroom in a 3 bedroom apt available. The room is beautiful and spacious with generous closet space. At the moment, the room fits a full size bed (can easily fit a queen) with an end table, computer desk and dresser, with plenty of walking space. The apt is on the south side of Williamsburg between the Bedford ave L stop and Marcy ave JMZ (Half a block off of Bedford ave). We have one and a half bathrooms, spacious living room and kitchen. The apt also has central air and lots of art.

We are a few blocks away all the action: Domino Park, Whole Foods, The Apple store, many, many restaurants, movie theaters and everything else on Bedford ave. Also 3 blocks away from the waterfront at Domino Park.

Rent is 1,350
UTL's are cable, wifi, gas and electricity: can be anywhere from 120 to 150 each (depends on the central air usage in the summer)

The apt also has an old Shih Tzu. He's 17 years old and very chill.

No couples or other pets. No smoking of any kind in the apt.

We are two gay guy roommates in our 30's here working in creative and finance fields.
