Garvey D - $1,400/month

Looking for a 3rd roommate. My max rent is $1400 for a room, but seen great places for lower that are in the range of $1000-$1250/per person.

Living in East Harlem now but, looking in Brooklyn. Somewhere not too far from the city since I commute for work/fun.

My day job is Digital Makerting for Broadway shows, a hybrid gig that keeps me pretty busy during the week. I'm also a working actor that takes classes along with performs, so I stay pretty busy.

But I STILL like to have fun. I workout in the mornings, go to restaurants & bars, explore, do photography, go to shows, amongst other things.

Looking for a roommate who is a easy-going that has good vibes all around. As long as you're respectful we'll get along fine. I like to come home to neat space and relax, but feel free to have company over as I know I will from time to time. Always willing to talk about any situation, please be direct.
