Move in: Feb 1 to June 30 with potential to renew/take over lease.
Looking for someone to move into my room! It's in a cozy corner apartment on the 3rd floor in East Williamsburg, close to J/M Flushing, and walking distance (10 min) to L Montrose and G Flushing & Broadway.
The apartment is fully furnished and some furniture can be left in the room for a low cost if wanted. The two bedrooms are separate from each other meaning lots of privacy. There's a big supermarket 2 mins away from the house, with close to restaurants, bars and cafés, including WinSon(!).
Looking for a clean, respectful person to move into the apartment. Preferably female, but open to males. LGBTQ+ friendly. Unfortunately not pet friendly due to allergies.
