Hey, I'm Owain. I work in communications at an alternative investment firm in Hudson Yards. I've lived in Astoria for the last two years but my roommate is leaving NYC and I'd love to move into the city. Looking to split a 2 BR with a 9/1 move-in date, if not sooner. I'm mainly interested in the UES or UWS but would consider other neighborhoods in Manhattan.
I'm generally a pretty clean and easygoing person. I'm definitely more of a homebody but I also like trying different bars/restaurants, playing soccer, watching sports (big Tottenham and Philly sports fan), playing the piano and just exploring the city. I'd love to be friends with my roommate but it's cool if that's not your thing.
