Lila - $2,000/month

Hi! I’m graduating from Case Western in May and moving to nyc for work. Ideally, I'd like to sign a lease in early September but I know most people start before that so I'd be willing to sign on in mid-late August. I’m looking to move in to a 3BD/2BT with two girls, preferably on the UES, Kips Bay, or Midtown.

I'll be in office 4 days a week and WFH on Fridays. I'll be lowkey during the week as I'll be in the office 8-5 working and getting a workout in after. Over weekends I like both going out and staying in for chill nights at home. Also, I'm from Manhattan so I'm familiar with the city and will occasionally be visiting my family/dog-sitting over weekends.
