My name is Vivek and I'm 27 years old living in New York. I've lived in Chinatown the past two years, but looks like all the roommates are disbanding. My monthly budget is around $2k, and I am down to live in Manhattan or surrounding areas.

I work in lending and insurance at the moment. Hopefully I look to expand more into small businesses.

I'm a pretty easy going person, who probably won't spend a ton of time at home (unless its raining or cold). I like to keep things clean (especially shared stuff). I'm usually on the computer, working, playing my PS5, or watching something.
