Roommate got married and moved out, need new roomie!

Hi all, I (21 queer trans man) am looking for a roommate at my Boulder apartment! My current roommate got married and moved out.

I need a roommate who is (non-negotiable):
- Queer-friendly
- Non-smoker
- No cats or dogs

I want a roommate who is (preferably):
- Queer and/or trans
- Okay with me working and waking early (3:30-7am shifts)
- Poly-friendly or non-judgemental
- Someone who I can cook with/split groceries with
- Someone who I can be friends with!

The apartment:
- ~$1,800 a month (~$900 each)
- Near 30th and Valmont
- 2 bed, 1 bath
- Large living room
- Lots of natural light
- 3rd floor (no elevator)
- Flexible move-in date: available as early as January 1st
