Hi there,
I’m looking for a stable, financially responsible roommate in their middle-ages (30ish-50ish) to share my 2 bed, 1 bath apartment near Arapahoe and Parker Road.
The basics: Clean-but-lived in is my aesthetic. No smoking tobacco or weed inside, absolutely no hard drugs. Friends are welcome, parties (except on holidays/special occasions) are not. Significant others are welcome but if they’re here all the time, they’re chipping in for rent, utilities and groceries and helping with upkeep. I’m gay but open to a roommate of any sexual or gender orientation/identity. I have two small dogs that I share custody of with my ex so you’d need to be a dog lover and no other pets are allowed, unfortunately. Lease term is now-Sept. 2026. 950.00/month +utilities
