My name is Jake, I’m 26 years old, I’m a teacher, and I’ll be moving to SD in late June/ July for my new job! I’m searching for a roommate who is chill, clean, and loves to have fun in life lol. My budget is around $1300 not including utilities.

I’m currently in Ohio and I’m a very positive and chill person with some hobbies. I love coffee shops, walking my golden retriever Flynn, reading, listening to music, skiing, and binging shows. I have more hobbies but those are just a few! My schedule during the week is 8-4, but on the weekends I like to go out and socialize but also stay in and relax. I’m also a yes man and love exploring/finding fun experiences.
